Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to provide full account management services for Airbnb.com hosts. This role involves handling administrative tasks and managing accounts for our Airbnb clients, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage Airbnb accounts for hosts, ensuring listings are up-to-date and well-maintained
Gather and enter data from Google Drive into document management systems (databases or partner websites)
Review documents for accuracy and completeness
Attach supporting files to document management systems
Research and provide additional information for incomplete documents
Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, and combine relevant data as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience managing Airbnb accounts or property management tasks
Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks efficiently
College degree preferred
Access to a reliable computer or phone and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Trial Period:
All candidates must pass a short trial task (2-4 hours). This trial may extend up to 1 week if you are involved in other projects or cannot start immediately.
Work Hours & Duration:
20-40 hours per week (4-8 hours per day)
Project duration is a minimum of 6 months, with the possibility of ongoing/long-term work.
