Nash Property Management is currently seeking a motivated and organized Property Manager to join our team! This is a remote/work-from-home position based in the South End (south of Seattle, WA) and (North of Seattle ) and focuses on managing Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Condominium Associations. Location Requirement: To be considered, applicants must reside south of Seattle, WA, as this role may require a few community site visits and local travel. Job Summary: As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of multiple HOA and condo communities. You’ll coordinate maintenance, attend board meetings, assist residents, and ensure that communities operate smoothly and in compliance with their governing documents. Requirements: • Must live south of Seattle, WA • Must have a reliable computer and internet connection (this is a remote position) • Some experience in property management required (HOA/Condo experience a plus) • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills • Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and basic management software • Ability to work independently and attend occasional evening meetings • Must be able to manage their time well, as this is a salaried-based position Compensation & Benefits: • Starting salary: $40,000 – $45,000 annually (DOE) • Mileage reimbursement at the current Washington State rate ($0.70 per mile) • Medical and dental insurance • 401K retirement plan with company contribution • Paid training and opportunities for career growth Why Join Us? • Work from home with flexible scheduling • Supportive and professional team environment • Make a real impact in the communities you manage Apply Today!
