Property Coordination Assistant
Your RoleAs a Property Coordination Assistant at Dashdot, you will be a pivotal member of our Property team, ensuring a seamless experience for clients throughout their property journey.You will support Dashdot Property Specialists by facilitating communication and coordinating tasks between clients, agents, inspectors, lawyers, and other stakeholders. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, transaction efficiency, and the growth of the business.With strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, you will proactively identify challenges and propose solutions. Your exceptional communication skills will allow you to simplify complex information and provide clear, actionable updates to both clients and team members.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate property transactions end-to-end, liaising with clients, agents, inspectors, lawyers, and conveyancers among others.
