Property Analyst Staff / Lvl 4 / Ocala, FL
You will be the Property Analyst Staff for the Asset Management team. Our team is responsible for maintaining accountability of company, government, and contractor assets in accordance with corporate policies, customer requirements, and regulations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Property Analyst Staff you will be responsible for leading the Ocala siteās property control and compliance activities.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Analyze and control property to maintain accountability from acquisition through disposition using the 1LMX Asset Management system.
Engage with customers, federal agencies, and internal teams to investigate and resolve compliance issues.
Develop Basis of Estimates for proposals and support capture teams with justification and risk assessments.
Lead the siteāwide implementation of the new Passive RFID tracking process.
Provide guidance, training, and legal interpretation to site employees on FAR, DFARS, CAS, and propertyāmanagement principles.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidateās final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
