We are a premier Vacation Rental Property Management company seeking licensed professionals to join us as Owner Acquisition Partners. This role is designed to be a seamless addition to your existing real estate business. While you’re helping clients buy and sell, you can now offer them a world-class management solution—and get paid a premium residual for the introduction.

We Provide the Engine, You Provide the Spark

We don’t expect you to work out of a spreadsheet. To ensure your success, we provide:
• Professional CRM: Access to our sales pipeline to manage your prospects and track commissions.
• Lead-Gen Tools: Industry-leading tools to help you identify high-potential short-term rental properties and owner contact information.
• Support: We provide the marketing collateral and data you need to show owners exactly how much more they could be making with us.
• Note: While we provide the tech and lead-search tools, partners are expected to be proactive in accruing and hunting their own leads via their network and the tools provided.

Compelling Compensation Structure

Turn your professional network into a recurring revenue stream:
• $500 Onboarding Bonus: Paid for every property successfully signed and onboarded.
• 12% Residual Commission: Earn 12% of the company’s management fee for 2 full years for every property you bring in.
• True Passive Income: Once the contract is signed, your work is done. You collect the residual while we do the heavy lifting of managing the property.

What We’re Looking For
• Active NC Real Estate License: You must be a licensed professional in good standing.
• The "Investor" Network: You are already active in the NC vacation markets (coastal, mountain, or lakefront) and have relationships with property owners.
• Hunter Mentality: You are comfortable using our tools to find, reach out to, and close new business.
• Strategic Mindset: You can identify owners who are frustrated with their current management and present a professional alternative.

Responsibilities
• Identify and engage potential property owners interested in short-term rental opportunities within North Carolina.
• Conduct property evaluations and market analysis to determine suitability for short-term rentals.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and lease terms with property owners, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract property owners and expand the company's portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and clear communication.
• Stay informed about local market trends, fair housing regulations, and real estate laws to ensure compliance in all transactions.
• Manage administrative tasks related to property acquisition, including documentation, contracts, and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with property management teams to facilitate smooth onboarding of new properties into the rental program.

Requirements
• Valid North Carolina real estate license is mandatory.
• Proven experience in negotiation, sales, or customer service within the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong marketing skills with the ability to develop effective outreach strategies.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations, real estate law, and property management practices.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
