DescriptionProperty Accountant - Up to $105K + Annual Bonus - HybridWe are looking for a Property Accountant to manage the accounting for a portfolio of industrial assets in Memphis. You’ll handle general ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly/annual financial reporting. This role involves close collaboration with property and asset managers to ensure accurate financial reporting and streamline processes.Why This Job is Attractive:

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee general ledger and financial reporting for multiple industrial properties
Manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Collaborate with internal teams for accurate and timely reporting
Assist with audits and ad-hoc accounting system improvements
Requirements:
3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Yardi (or similar real estate software)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
