Property Accountant $80/K plus bonus
This Job will offer:

The Opportunity:
- This is a direct hire role at a prominent Boston based Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT)
- The REIT is looking for a Property Accountant that can join the Accounting team right away
Responsibilities:
- Assists in preparing annual property budgets for the upcoming year as well as year-end audits
- Reviews G/L monthly to verify accuracy of transaction postings
- Preparing journal entries, financial statements, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Participates in monthly meetings to review cash flow projections and financial statements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business
- 4+ years of work experience in a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
