The Senior Analyst, Prompt Design is responsible for designing and executing AI-driven solutions . This role focuses on crafting advanced prompts and AI agents to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer engagement, and support digital transformation initiatives.
The role partners closely with business and technology teams to translate complex business needs into scalable, compliant, and ethical AI solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute the AI innovation roadmap for the Residential Real Estate division in alignment with enterprise digital strategy.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and sophisticated prompts integrated with existing systems and workflows.
• Deliver high-impact AI use cases across automation, predictive analytics, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Develop repeatable AI models that can be scaled across systems to drive efficiency gains.
• Create and execute test plans; lead quality assurance, volume testing, and bias testing to ensure accuracy, reliability, and ethical integrity.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to Company standards, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with delivery and business teams to enhance products, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making through AI insights.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Mandatory: Strong background in Mortgage and/or Mortgage-related domains.
• Proven experience designing AI prompts, agents, or AI-driven solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and prioritization.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align AI initiatives to business objectives.
