When that happens, we’re not only making life better for small business, we’ll be building a stronger economy that can change the world.About the RoleAs the Promotion and Offers Manager, you will be supporting the development and execution of effective promotions and offers to attract and retain customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to create compelling offers and campaigns that drive business objectives and meet customer needs. You will help establish a roadmap informed by experimentation, and partner with Applied Science to determine the optimal methods to measure promotions ROI, marginal efficiency, and impact on long-term LTVs. You will partner with Performance Marketing and Customer Engagement to deploy promotions at scale across all touchpoints but predominantly through CRM (email, SMS) and in-product communications. What you'll bring Experience in Growth/CRM/Product with a focus on optimising promotions Previous experience running similar lifecycle promotional programs is a plusBachelor degree Solid experience in CRM/Digital Marketing Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis.
