We are seeking an experienced Sponsor Content Manager contractor to oversee sponsor communications and content operations across multiple large-scale events. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships with internal teams and external sponsors. Expertise in customer service platforms, email marketing tools, and data management systems is essential.
Responsibilities
• Oversee sponsor communications and content operations across multiple large-scale events.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships with internal teams and external sponsors.
• Utilize customer service platforms like Zendesk to maintain rapid response times.
• Use email marketing tools such as Email Builder for creating custom HTML communications.
• Coordinate scheduling and workflow using data management systems like Airtable.
• Develop strategic communication plans and comprehensive resource materials.
• Analyze performance data to inform future strategies.
• Work comfortably with 250 sponsors across multiple concurrent events.
• Manage high-volume communications, including 1000 tickets and emails annually.
• Serve as a liaison between multiple teams to ensure seamless coordination across complex workstreams.
Essential Skills
• Proficiency in HTML for email development.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook for professional communications.
• Strong general data management practices.
• Program management experience (3-4 years).
• Experience in project management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with event content management, particularly technical conferences or enterprise-level events.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain quick turnaround times while delivering white-glove service.
• Comfort working as a liaison between multiple teams.
Work Environment

This is a remote role based in PST, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. Candidates must be able to attend 1-2 events each year.
Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $47.00/hr.
