Position: Project Technician - Order Processing
Location: Chennai, India
Job Summary/Overview Playing a key-role between the customer and factory in Germany• Manage and process customer orders with a focus on technical accuracy and timely execution.• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with the German team.• Review and interpret technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.• Communicate effectively with internal departments (sales, offer-management. engineering,procurement, production, accounting, controlling, logistics,) and external stakeholders.• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.• Support continuous improvement initiatives in order processing and project workflows.• Assist in contract review and ensure alignment with German commercial law and internationalstandards.• Create documents like order confirmations, bills, guarantees as well as internal documentsEssential Duties and Responsibilities • Ensuring needs-based communication in unclear situations Ensuring compliance with technical requirements and safety standards• Ensuring compliance with commercial rules and laws• Independent recognition of priorities and corresponding processing of customers ordersKnowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities
Communication skills in English and German to ensure the continuity of information
Ability to keep track and organize work from multiple jobs at once, keeping deadlines.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing situations.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical order processing or project coordination• Excellent communication skills in English and German in speech and writing• Basic understanding of German commercial law (e.g., BGB, HGB) and international contractprinciples• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical aspects• Solid commercial knowledge including pricing, costing, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
