Job Description
The Enterprise Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring complicated, ongoing projects are running smoothly, on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensures deadlines are met
• Identifies and recommends action on opportunities for improvement
• Coordinates deadlines
• Prepares presentations to update senior management on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value
• Provides administrative support
• Organizes and attends project meetings
• Designs and controls the project schedule
• Assists and supports a project manager by following technical protocols and procedures
• First level triaging of issues and root cause identification.
• Adhering to key daily and weekly SLAs
• Determines whether the reported issue is a system issue or if the system is functioning as intended.
• Provide written feedback when the system is operating as designed.
• Conduct tests to replicate reported issues.
• Create tickets for testers and developers to work on resolving system issues.
• Notify requestors of the resolutions and outline the next steps to be taken.

Education
• High School Diploma or GED

Experience
• Auto Insurance experience (Preferred)
• 2 years experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
