As part of the Aeronautics transformation, Sustainment is seeking a qualified candidate for a Project Portfolio Lead. The Project Portfolio Lead will be responsible for the following: • Mange baseline budget, schedule, and scope for a varied investment portfolio • Drive planning and execution across Cross functional Teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements and satisfy customer needs. • Partner with Sustainment Capability Delivery System Directorates to align and prioritize investments with strategic objectives and customer needs • Report portfolio performance at all leadership levels • Collaborate with Sustainment Finance on forecasting and performance reporting • Provide PM guidance to the portfolio investment teams to support planning and execution • Manage/Mitigate portfolio risk and opportunities • Monitor portfolio performance to include labor reporting and vendor invoicing • Facilitate PO process and act as technical lead on IWTAs • Provide Oversight of Technical Solution Formulation and Implementation, Leveraging Systems Engineering Best Practices The ideal candidate will have experience managing or overseeing business-critical programs or projects and have a demonstrated history of high accountability, responsibility, and organization. Responsibilities
• Mange baseline budget, schedule, and scope for a varied investment portfolio
• Drive planning and execution across Cross functional Teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements and satisfy customer needs.

Requirements
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education
• Program or Project management experience (e.g. cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation)
• Experience in financial management, metrics and process management
• Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships
• Systems Engineering, Product Development, or Project Engineering experience
