Responsibilities:
ā¢ Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for End User Computing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.
ā¢ JIRA Administration: Sound experience in JIRA dashboards, and reporting to support project tracking and management.
ā¢ Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to ensure project alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
ā¢ Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
ā¢ Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
ā¢ Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization.
Requirements:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
ā¢ Minimum of 9+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on End User Computing and JIRA.
ā¢ Proficiency in JIRA, End User Computing technologies, and project management tools.
ā¢ Nice to have PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
ā¢ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
ā¢ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
