This role focuses on coordination, clarity, and keeping everyone aligned—no deep technical background required, but a natural familiarity with IT environments will help you thrive.If you enjoy organising information, facilitating conversations, and helping teams work better together, you’ll feel right at home.Your Qualifications:Fluent German skills at least C1,Initial experience as a Project Manager or in a similar coordination role,Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset,Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple conversations,General IT awareness—you don’t need to be technical, but you should feel comfortable working in an IT setting,IT experience is a plus, but not required,English skills (B2),Availability to work part-time, including at least 2 hours during our core hours (10:00–16:00).Your Tasks:Act as the main communication bridge between our German-speaking IT team and our external Polish/English-speaking partner,Coordinate tasks, follow-ups, and timelines,Ensure information flows clearly and efficiently,Support project documentation and meeting summaries,Learn the basics of our technical environment (we’ll teach you—motivation matters more than experience).We offer:Shape your future at one of the leading agencies for digital transformation.
