Project Manager / Western Suburbs of Chicago
This fast-growing manufacturing technology company delivers customized ERP solutions to over 500 clients. As they expand from a small to mid-sized business and transition to Epicor’s cloud platform, they are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to help manage increased demand and ensure successful project delivery. This is a full-time position open to remote candidates or individuals local to the Chicago area.
As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role overseeing their project management operations. You will organize, track, and communicate project details to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, is familiar with Epicor ERP, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Lead scheduling, resource allocation, and task tracking across multiple projects
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met for both internal teams and external consultants
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable project plans
• Oversee documentation and status reporting to ensure project transparency
• Collaborate with technical teams and clients to resolve issues and maintain alignment with project goals
Required Skills & Experience
• Background in manufacturing or technology project management
• Exposure to Epicor ERP (understanding workflows, data, or system functionality is a plus)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
