Title: Technical Project Manager – Healthcare (Eligibility, Claims, Integrations) Location: 100% Remote Type: Contract-to-Hire Duration: 6 months (with long-term conversion) Rate: Up to $76/hr (DOE) Overview We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a high-priority, multi-million dollar healthcare initiative focused on complex eligibility and variable co-pay structures across commercial and Taft-Hartley populations. This is an active, in-flight program requiring a PM who can immediately step in and coordinate delivery across multiple systems, data flows, and stakeholder groups. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex healthcare product spanning: • eligibility • provider search • claims adjudication • EOB/EOP workflows • Coordinate across cross-functional teams including: • engineering • data/integration teams • product • business operations • Manage multiple system integrations (including file-based data exchanges across ~4 interfaces) • Drive alignment on dependencies, timelines, and technical deliverables • Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders • Identify and mitigate risks in a fast-moving, evolving environment • Provide clear status reporting and executive-level updates Required Qualifications • 7+ years of Project Management experience with a technical delivery focus • Strong background in healthcare payer environments: • TPA, health plan, or similar • Experience managing system integrations and data movement across platforms • Solid understanding of how data flows between systems (hands-on not required) • Experience working across: • eligibility • claims • provider workflows • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting Taft-Hartley or multi-employer plans • Familiarity with: • provider search platforms • benefit design / co-pay structures • Experience working in environments with file-based integrations (vs API-first)
