Job Description
ā¢ Oversee full project lifecycle for MDCPS renovations, additions, and capital improvement work.
ā¢ Develop and manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and documentation.
ā¢ Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and district stakeholders.
ā¢ Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
ā¢ Maintain compliance with MDCPS standards, permitting requirements, and district protocols.
ā¢ Lead project meetings and communicate updates to internal teams and MDCPS personnel.
ā¢ Provide onsite leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and highquality execution.
ā¢ Manage daily field operations, subcontractor performance, and logistics.
ā¢ Enforce jobsite safety, OSHA requirements, and MDCPS safety protocols.
