Project Manager | Security Integrator

About the position The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of low voltage projects related to security and wireless networks. This role focuses on managing client relationships, ensuring project profitability, and delivering projects on time while maintaining high standards of service and communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and has a strong customer service focus. Responsibilities • Manage, direct, and coordinate all aspects of low voltage projects covering security and wireless networks. • Establish, maintain, and proactively grow client relationships into repeat business and expanded service offerings. • Responsible for the profit and loss of individual projects and successful completion within specified dates. • Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control project costs. • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients regarding project coordination and management. • Manage all aspects of Service Ticketing and Management for assigned clientele. • Report regularly on progress, cost and schedule metrics, procurement issues, and any issues requiring office support. • Coach, educate, and develop the Project Management team. Requirements • 3 years of experience in project management or related field. • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification. • Proficiency in Bluebeam and CAD software. • Experience in risk management and budgeting. • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively. Nice-to-haves • Experience in the physical security industry or with integrators. • Familiarity with service ticketing software.
