The Opportunity We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of cross-departmental and cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you’ll be at the center of collaboration, communication, and accountability—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with business goals. You will operate in both Agile and traditional environments, guiding teams through complex initiatives while fostering continuous improvement, empowerment, and efficiency. What You’ll Do • Agile & Traditional Project Execution – Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile ceremonies while also managing traditional project scope, timelines, and deliverables. • Risk & Issue Management – Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure projects stay on track. • Stakeholder Communication – Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. • Execution & Problem Solving – Bring the right people together at the right time to solve problems efficiently. • Team Empowerment & Accountability – Build trust, transparency, and shared ownership across teams. • Process Improvement – Capture lessons learned, refine workflows, and drive efficiency. • Change Control & Quality Management – Prevent scope creep and maintain focus on high-quality outcomes. What We’re Looking For • Education/Certification • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (or 5+ years direct PM experience). • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred, or proven Agile project experience. • Experience • Minimum 2 years direct project management experience managing scope, schedule, and budget. • Agile experience is highly desirable. • Core Skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong collaboration and interpersonal ability to influence without authority. • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. • Ability to adapt, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
