Role Summary 6e Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to be proposed as part of an Oracle ERP–related RFP response. If awarded, the Project Manager will oversee planning, coordination, and execution of an enterprise ERP assessment or post-implementation evaluation engagement. Scope of Responsibility • Provide overall project oversight for an Oracle ERP–related engagement • Coordinate cross-functional teams across functional, technical, and governance workstreams • Manage schedule, scope, risks, and dependencies • Ensure consistency of approach, documentation standards, and reporting • Support stakeholder coordination and structured information gathering Key Deliverables (Post-Award) • Project planning and initiation documentation • Status reporting and issue/risk tracking • Findings summaries and recommendations aligned to engagement objectives • Final evaluation or assessment report(s) as required by the engagement (Specific deliverables and timelines to be finalized post-award.) Methodology / Approach • Structured project management and governance framework • Evidence-based review of ERP implementation artifacts and processes • Stakeholder interviews and working sessions • Documentation and validation of findings against defined criteria Required Experience • Project management experience on enterprise ERP initiatives • Experience with Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion environments • Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams • Strong documentation, organization, and stakeholder communication skills Preferred Experience • Public-sector or K–12 organization experience • Experience supporting ERP assessments, evaluations, or post-implementation initiatives • PMP or equivalent project management certification Engagement Notes • Proposal-only role at this stage • Engagement details, start date, and duration are contingent upon award • Availability during the proposed project period will be required if selected Job Types: Full-time, Contract Application Question(s): • This role is being sourced for proposal/RFP purposes only and is contingent upon contract award.
