You will work closely with your counterparts in the US on business needs and direction, and then support the team through execution and delivery. The position is responsible for supporting the local engineering team through the Scrum process, ensuring they have clear direction to execute to, and providing regular status reports. Additionally, you may support the team with QA tasks or documentation as needed. You will be part of a newly formed and expanding team in a dynamic work environment. What You Will Do As A Project Manager Act as the primary point of contact with the US Product and Engineering teamsLead the team through the standard Scrum processes, sizing, estimating and executing to sprint tasksCollaborate with product management and QA to ensure all tasks meet the requirementsFollow documented best practices, standards, and policies as it relates to software developmentAssist with functionality testing (QA) and documentationWhat You Bring As A Project ManagerBachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, or four years of equivalent work experience3+ years of Project Management experience1+ years of Scrum Master experienceUnderstands and can speak to all aspects of the software development life cycleProven collaborator, with clear, open and honest communicationAdjust to new situations and escalate issues quickly for resolutionProven experience working with US based business teams Excellent written and communication skills in English languageAbility to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations - Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlapWorkspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload The application window for this position is anticipated to close in 2 weeks (10 business days) from 11th July 2025.
