Project Manager - M&A Integration
Mode Mobile is seeking a highly organized and proactive M&A Integration Project Manager to support and drive Mode Mobile's mergers and acquisitions activity from pipeline management to post-acquisition integration.
Requirements
ā¢ Proven experience in project management, operations, or M&A support (tech, mobile, or high-growth startup environments preferred).
ā¢ Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and timelines.
ā¢ Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Airtable), and virtual collaboration platforms.
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
ā¢ Comfortable working independently and handling sensitive information with discretion.
ā¢ Prior experience supporting M&A, integration, or startup deal execution.
ā¢ Prior experience in B2C Apps and/or ad-centric business models is a strong plus.
