Location

The work location will be remote in the U.S. with travel as required by specific assignments, including Washington DC and overseas. You must be legally authorized to work in the US. Bixal does not provide visa sponsorship.

What Will You Do?

Bixal is seeking a full time Project Manager to provide evaluation services for the Department of the Treasury, Office of Technical Assistance (OTA).

Responsibilities:


Be solution oriented, problem-solving, and a great person to work with on a team.
Provide project management support to multiple evaluations, including hiring consultants, maintaining timelines, workplans and budgets, and ensure quality management.
Participate as a team member on evaluation teams for overseas foreign assistance projects, including support to:
Data collection on surveys, direct observation, key informant interviews.
Support the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to create evidence-based conclusions and recommendations.
Support the development of presentations to disseminate findings and conclusions to a wide audience, including high-level forums.
Qualifications:


Bachelor or Master's Degree in social science, economics, business administration, or other relevant field with at least 5 years of project management experience, preferably coordinating evaluation programs of foreign assistance and/or international development programs.
Strong project management skills including ability to develop workplans, manage consulting agreements, manage travel and international logistics, familiarity with visa procedures.
Experience working in international settings.
Familiarity with the Foreign Aid and Transparency Accountability Act and the requirements for evaluation therein.
Experience with public financial management preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Foreign language skills a plus.
Willing to learn.
Ability to undergo a background investigation by the U.S. Government and meet eligibility requirements for suitability (Public Trust security clearance).
$94,000 - $120,000 a year
