Company DescriptionAt AUTO1, we are seeking a professional to join our team and lead global compensation and benefits analysis.Do you have experience helping companies create a global compensation management strategy for an international company?This role involves close collaboration with various teams and managing key data to drive strategic decisions.If you have experience in compensation analysis and a proactive approach to problem-solving, we want to hear from you!Job DescriptionCompensation Analysis: Analyze compensation grades across all markets to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with compensation policies.- Benchmarking: Coordinate local and international benchmarking efforts, supporting local market initiatives and analyzing the financial impact of proposed changes.- Data Management: Collect compensation data and ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems and reports.- Insights & Reporting: Present detailed reports with actionable insights on compensation trends, pay equity, and market positioning when needed.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with People Teams, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations on compensation adjustments and retention strategies.
QualificationsBachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.- Expertise in analyzing compensation data, conducting benchmarking studies, and interpreting market trends.- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data visualization) and experience with HRIS (preferably Workday) or compensation tools.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.- Excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and collaborate across diverse teams.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to diverse stakeholders.- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.- Proficiency in English and preferably at least one other European language.
