Project Manager (GovTech / AI & Automation Contracts)

About the Role We’re hiring a Project Manager (GovTech) to oversee proposal delivery and project execution for government automation and AI initiatives. You’ll manage SLED (and future federal) programs from RFP response through delivery, coordinating technical, compliance, and executive teams. You’ll: • Manage timelines, deliverables, and compliance for government projects (SLED focus). • Translate RFPs and Statements of Work into structured project plans. • Coordinate between proposal teams, engineers, and contracting officers. • Oversee documentation, risk management, and contract reporting. • Support procurement, compliance (CMMC, FedRAMP, SOC2), and stakeholder communication. You’re a Fit If You: • Have 4–8 years of PM experience in government technology, digital services, or contract-based delivery. • Understand procurement cycles, RFP structures, and public sector compliance. • Can run agile or hybrid projects across technical and administrative teams. • Communicate confidently with contracting officers, integrators, and agency clients. • Are comfortable managing remote, cross-functional teams using tools like Replit, Jira, and Notion. Bonus Points For: • Experience with SLED or federal contract management. • Knowledge of CMMC, FedRAMP, FISMA, or NIST frameworks. • Familiarity with AI/automation systems or GovCloud environments. • PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification.
