Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage multiple concurrent IT and software development projects.
ā¢ Develop and maintain core project documentation including:
ā¢ Project Management Plans (PMP)
ā¢ Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
ā¢ Risk Management Plans
ā¢ Integrated Master Schedules
ā¢ Meeting agendas and minutes
ā¢ Support Business Capability Acquisition Cycle (BCAC), Software Acquisition Pathway, and ACAT programs as applicable.
ā¢ Apply DoDD 5000.01, DoDI 5000.02, and related DoD 5000/8000 series guidance.
ā¢ Provide governance support including briefing preparation, milestone documentation, and executive-level reporting.
ā¢ Oversee project triple constraints (scope, schedule, cost) while managing risk and quality.
ā¢ Support Agile delivery including:
ā¢ Sprint planning
ā¢ Backlog prioritization
ā¢ Daily stand-ups
ā¢ Retrospectives
ā¢ User story refinement
ā¢ Translate stakeholder needs into structured requirements.
ā¢ Conduct complex evaluations of project procedures and recommend improvements.
ā¢ Provide analysis, studies, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
ā¢ Support ServiceNow implementation and integration efforts.
ā¢ Prepare Monthly Progress and Status Reports.
ā¢ Contribute to Weekly Status Reports and task tracking.
ā¢ Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
ā¢ Maintain compliance with security and information assurance policies.
Requirements
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Program/Project Management, Business Management, or related discipline (Degree substitution allowable per PWS requirements)
ā¢ Active PMP certification (or 10 years demonstrated PM experience without PMP)
ā¢ Minimum 5 years demonstrated program/project management experience (10 years without bachelor's degree)
ā¢ Minimum 5 years DoD experience
ā¢ Minimum 5 years DoD software development project/program management experience
ā¢ Minimum 5 years experience developing formal PM documentation
ā¢ Minimum 5 years experience utilizing Agile frameworks
ā¢ 1-2 years experience with ServiceNow
ā¢ Active DoD SECRET clearance
ā¢ U.S. Citizenship required
