Project Manager For YouTube Videos (3-4 hours / week - $400 / month)

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager / Content Manager to make sure our YouTube videos are being released on time. Time Commitment: 3–4 hours per week Compensation: $400/month About Us We run a YouTube marketing agency that’s generated millions of views and millions in sales for our clients. Our small remote team produces high-quality, story-driven videos every week — focused on consistency, clarity, and performance. About the Role I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Project/Production Manager to oversee a YouTube content team that produces 3 videos per week (12 per month). You’ll coordinate between the video editor, scriptwriter, and thumbnail designer to ensure everything runs smoothly and is delivered on time. You’ll work closely with me to manage timelines, communication, and accountability — keeping the entire pipeline organized and efficient. Responsibilities Track and manage all video projects in Google Sheets. Coordinate deadlines between writer, editor, and designer. Identify and report bottlenecks or recurring blockers / rate each person on the team’s speed score Maintain team morale and ensure everyone stays on pace. Handle light posting, emailing, or recruitment tasks as needed.
