Project Manager for AI Bots & Educational Projects (Remote, Long-Term) - Contract to Hire

We are an international company working in the field of online and offline education, organizing and conducting training events in the area of personal development. We operate in four languages and are actively integrating AI solutions to optimize our processes and scale our work. We are looking for a responsible and proactive Project Manager who can take ownership of our AI projects and lead them all the way to successful completion. ⸻ Responsibilities Team & Contractor Management • Coordinate developers, integrators, and other specialists. • Ensure the team has the necessary resources at every stage. • Replace underperforming contractors when needed, including sourcing new talent on Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms. • Evaluate and propose suitable candidates for each task. Timeline Management • Ensure all project tasks and milestones are delivered on schedule. • Send timely reminders, track progress, and prevent delays. • Highlight questions requiring input from leadership and maintain fast communication flow. Quality Control • Review deliverables and independently test all AI bot functionalities. • Identify issues early and ensure they are corrected promptly. • Verify full compliance with technical requirements before approving work. Process Optimization • Suggest modern tools, improved workflows, and more efficient approaches. • Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions that save time, reduce costs, or improve quality across projects. ⸻ Requirements • Experience with AI-related projects • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Responsibility and high attention to detail. • Proactive problem-solving approach and readiness to take ownership. ⸻ Compensation • Fixed payment per project. • Additional bonuses for quality improvements, error prevention, on-time delivery, optimizations, and proactive problem-solving.
