Project Manager, Executive Operations

As an Executive Operations Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting executive operations by streamlining processes, managing reports and dashboards, and ensuring effective coordination and governance. Support executive operations by managing calendars, coordinating and facilitating meetings, and ensuring smooth execution of governance processes.Lead and manage cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency, establish scalable processes, and streamline workflows by creating templates, dashboards, and reports to track progress and enhance visibility.Develop and maintain Confluence pages to centralize knowledge and improve documentation.Assist in project coordination, tracking key milestones, and ensuring alignment across teams.Facilitate training and rollout of operational resources across the company.Support quarterly and annual planning processes, ensuring seamless coordination across business functions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field.5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar role.Experience with program management frameworks, strategic planning, and business operations.Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Bonus Qualifications Experience in autonomous vehicle (AV) or technology industries.Familiarity with corporate governance and executive reporting.Extensive experience with Google Suite, Keynote, Confluence and Jira. Additional Information CompensationThere are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $102,000 to $126,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.
