Project Manager (ERP Implementation)
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a hands-on, senior-level IT Project Management professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can quickly adapt to evolving organizational needs. This role is ideal for someone who can operate independently and contribute meaningfully to transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have worked on an Infor Cloud Suite implementation and is comfortable managing the project. Project Management: • Lead and manage an Infor CloudSuite implementation project, ensuring successful deployment and integration (4-6 years) • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication ERP & Tools Expertise: • Provide strategic input and hands-on execution in Infor CloudSuite ERP environments, including modules such as: • FSM (Financial Supply Management) • Global Payroll & GHR (Global Human Resources) Financial Leadership: • Execute non-routine analytics and ad hoc financial reporting. • Manage and support special projects across finance and operations. • Operate as a project manager with a financial lens, driving initiatives forward. Collaboration & Change Management: • Partner with cross-functional teams during organizational change management (OCM) phases • Present findings and recommendations through strong written and oral communication.
