Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
Ā Monitor the progress, performance, and quality of the project(s).
Ā Lead project meetings, including reporting project status and gauging client satisfaction.
Ā Manage the project schedule, budget, and documentation.
Ā Create subcontracts and prepare purchase orders.
Ā Develop scope and RFQ packages for subcontractors and vendors.
Ā Support the Project Superintendent to ensure adherence to contract documents/requirements.
Ā Provide oversight of supporting staff; including interviewing and training associates, and planning, assigning, and directing work.
Ā Perform other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager will have:
Ā Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or 5 years of experience as Project Manager. with an associate degree in a related field.
Ā Previous K-12 or Highher Education project experince
Ā OSHA 30-hour certification.
Ā LEED GA or AP preferred.
Ā Proficient in MS Office, Primavera P6, and ProCore.
Ā General knowledge of Construction Management and Design/Build contract delivery systems.
Ā Well-organized, detail-oriented, and structured work habits.
Ā Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
Ā Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
Ā Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects.
