Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:
Ā• Monitor the progress, performance, and quality of the project(s).
Ā• Lead project meetings, including reporting project status and gauging client satisfaction.
Ā• Manage the project schedule, budget, and documentation.
Ā• Create subcontracts and prepare purchase orders.
Ā• Develop scope and RFQ packages for subcontractors and vendors.
Ā• Support the Project Superintendent to ensure adherence to contract documents/requirements.
Ā• Provide oversight of supporting staff; including interviewing and training associates, and planning, assigning, and directing work.
Ā• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager will have:
Ā• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or 5 years of experience as Project Manager. with an associate degree in a related field.
Ā• Previous K-12 or Highher Education project experince
Ā• OSHA 30-hour certification.
Ā• LEED GA or AP preferred.
Ā• Proficient in MS Office, Primavera P6, and ProCore.
Ā• General knowledge of Construction Management and Design/Build contract delivery systems.
Ā• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and structured work habits.
Ā• Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
Ā• Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
Ā• Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects.
