As a project manager for licensed stores, digital business services, you will:
Contribute to Starbucks success by facilitating the execution of complex projects as part of the USLS Digital Business Services (DBS) team. The Project Manager will help build and maintain digital services for our Licensed Stores including one of the most exciting and largest programs for LS Stores in recent history. The Project Manager executes project plans within defined scope and maintaining communication across project team to realize business vision.
Leveraging your previous experience, we will enable you to:
Facilitate the execution of multifaceted programs as part of the USLS Digital Business Services (DBS) team
Maintain project plans, objectives and schedules that support program objectives
Document and periodically update program standard processes and procedures
Apply knowledge, processes, skills, and tools to project activities to meet project goals
Manage projects in accordance with available Starbucks established project and program management methodologies
Drive cross-functional enterprise projects by leading high performing, often geographically distributed teams
Enjoy working on an energetic, fun team and have a clear ability to drive the business forward as part of a highly collaborative team, while acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills within complex environments
Ability to drive project efforts to completion to achieve business results
Demonstrates knowledge of project management principles
Track record of working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Ability to complete analysis and leverage tools and resources. Utilizes both facts and data.
Ability to translate requests and actions needed and knows when to escalate to leaders
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Demonstrates growth mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
2-3 yrs application of industry-based project management methodologies and tools
2-3 yrs managing complex large-scale business or information technology projects
3+ yrs general business experience in large, matrixed organizations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
