By joining our brilliant (at least we think so) team, you will help pave the way in the AI Observability space.The OpportunityFiddler’s RevOps team is looking for a Project Manager, RevOps (Full Time, Remote or Hybrid) to focus on the closure of custom and standard commercial deals by project managing the contracting portion of the deal cycle. This includes supporting enterprise deal lifecycles for large and strategic opportunities. You will be responsible for deal lifecycle management and supporting cross-organizational alignment. You will also assist with special projects as needed. This role requires a strong project management background to enable the candidate to drive large, complex, enterprise deals to closure in tandem with the Sales and RevOps teams.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, project management, and organizational skills, as well as a propensity to proactively build knowledge bases and systems to accelerate deal velocity. They will thrive while juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders, and they will think of themselves as both a project manager and internal consultant to push deals forward. What You’ll DoWork directly with the Sales, RevOps, DevOps, and Field AI teams, as well as prospective customers, to accelerate the contracting and procurement process by project managing each engagementWork cross-functionally to develop mechanisms for improved deal management (sales intake, approval matrixes, systems of record, contracting mechanisms, billing enablement, new commercial constructs, compliance matrixes, artifact storage, etc.)Remove internal blockers between cross-functional teams such as Sales, DevOps, Operations, Product, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Field AI, etc. in the pursuit of deal closureWork with our legal experts and RevOps to effectively redline and negotiate various sales related contractsSupport complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial and legal agreementsWhat we are looking forBA/BS degree2+ years of experience in one of the following functions: project management or consultingAbility to work cross-functionallyComfort with ambiguity and high-agency environmentsStrong communication, organizational, analysis, and project management skillsA desire to learn about the Saas industry and the operations side of enterprise salesInterest in AINice to HaveExperience related to deal management, procurement, sourcing, compliance, or legalExperience working in ambiguous, quickly scaling environmentsExperience working at startupsExperience working in SaasExperience supporting Enterprise Segment Focused Sales TeamsFamiliarity with Salesforce is a plusNot RequiredFormal certifications in Project Management are not required for this role. We want you to manage stakeholders and tasks effectively, however it works for you, not to use all of your time creating traditional project management artifacts.Compensation and In-Office PolicyPay Range in the US is $33 - $43/hr on a 1099 contract, billed out monthly. We do not require an LLC.Fiddler HQ (Palo Alto) is hybrid for all Bay Area employees, requiring 1 - 3 days a week in the office, Mondays through Thursday, depending on location and role.The posted range represents the expected salary range for this job requisition and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package and perks previously outlined.
