Project Manager, ASC (Remote)
Performs project management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on implementing cross-divisional ASC agreements. Manages projects from initiation through delivery by engaging with external customers, internal customers, Flex, and business unit partners. Organizes activities to facilitate the progression of a project, including interdepartmental meetings, proactive planning, and effective communication to key internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
â˘Supports 4-6 ASC Regional Managers
â˘Communicate, coordinate, and align with internal partners for equipment delivery, installation, and training to assure for a seamless customer experience for new or expanding surgery centers.
â˘Coordinate across Strykerâs internal supply chain to streamline logistics
â˘Highly responsive to internal sales teams and external customers
â˘Support co-marketing opportunities with strategic accounts
â˘Demonstrates an ability to lead without direct authority, communicate effectively, and influence both internal and external stakeholders
â˘Provides education virtually and/or in-person to the salesforce and customers regarding our implementation program
â˘Outlines and articulates relevant roles and responsibilities to enable utilization of key resources and adherence to established processes
â˘Attends essential in-person meetings and/or installations to consult and facilitate customer experience
â˘Executes processes utilizing exceptional organizational skills/attention to detail
Qualifications (Required):
⢠B.A. or B.S. degree
⢠4+ years of work experience required
⢠2+ years medical device experience
Qualifications (Preferred):
⢠Cross-divisional experience within Stryker preferred
⢠Customer-facing experience preferred
⢠Marketing/supply chain /project management experience within Medical Device and/or clinical experience within a hospital setting preferred
This is a Remote role and can sit anywhere in the US
⢠$77,200 - $160,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.*
