Project Manager (AI,.NET )
Project Manager 3-6 Months C2H Remote Requirements • We are seeking a Project Manager with strong experience managing technology projects in .NET, Azure, AI, and modern front-end environments. The ideal candidate has a solid technical background, hands-on experience working with development teams, and a proven track record delivering enterprise applications in an Agile delivery model. • This role requires a combination of project planning, stakeholder management, and delivery execution capabilities. The Project Manager will drive requirements gathering, sprint execution, risk management, and cross-functional alignment to ensure successful delivery of software solutions aligned with business objectives. • * Key Responsibilities • Project Planning & Delivery • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of enterprise application development projects. • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and delivery milestones in collaboration with stakeholders. • Manage sprint schedules, dependency planning, and delivery commitments across multiple teams. • Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards. • Monitor delivery progress, manage risks/issues, and support problem resolution. • Stakeholder Management • Conduct regular meetings with business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership teams. • Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and mitigation plans through reports and dashboards. • Facilitate requirement workshops, clarifications, and alignment sessions. • Manage expectations, scope changes, and prioritization in partnership with product teams. • Team Collaboration & Coordination • Act as a bridge between product owners, development teams, QA, DevOps, and architecture groups. • Enable clear communication and knowledge sharing between onsite and offshore teams. • Support backlog management and ensure user stories are well-defined and groomed. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. • Delivery Quality & Governance • Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. • Work with technical leads to identify delivery risks, dependencies, and design considerations. • Support performance, scalability, and security reviews with architecture and engineering teams. • Coordinate with DevOps for release planning, environment readiness, and deployment calendars. • AI & Technical Awareness • Understand project impacts involving LLM-based agents, AI orchestration, and integration patterns. • Coordinate workstreams involving LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or similar ecosystems. • Manage expectations on feasibility, effort levels, and timelines for AI-driven features. • Stay current on emerging capabilities in Cloud, AI, and front-end technologies as part of delivery planning. • * Required Skills & Experience • 8+ years of experience managing software development projects. • Experience delivering web and cloud-native enterprise applications. • Strong understanding of .NET (C#, .NET Core, Web API) and Azure cloud delivery environments. • Awareness of LLM-based agent architectures and AI enablement patterns. • Familiarity with AI ecosystems such as LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel. • Experience working with front-end technologies such as Angular (preferred). • Good understanding of DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and modern release processes. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. • Proven experience working in distributed delivery operating models with offshore teams. • Solid hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • * Nice to Have • Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe, Azure Fundamentals or Cloud certifications. • Experience with data platforms, analytics, or enterprise integration patterns. • Prior experience as a developer or technical lead before moving into project management.
