Our vision is to be the #1 online card destination for cards and we are building the team of A+ talent that will take us there.About the rolesThe Project Management Team Leader will focuses on planning and managing projects, including defining goals, budget, and timeline, allocating resources, controlling risks and progress, ensuring quality, managing stakeholders, and providing leadership and support to project team members of New Product Development team. Accountabilities Develop a detailed project plan for the new product development project, including timelines and resource requirements, ensuring technical feasibility & deliverables.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, monitor resources to ensure project efficiency, and maximize deliverables (Quality/ Cost/ Speed).Track progress & ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Quickly respond & flexibly adapt to the new project directions based on feedback and requirements of changes.Perform risk management to minimize project risks, report, and escalate to management as neededReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work planCommunicating with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns throughout the project life cycleMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniquesCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationBuilding and continuously improving the NPD documentation system: procedures, SOP/work instructions, checklists.Perform other jobs as assigned by the line manager. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management positions.Ability to communicate in English (~TOEIC 700+ ) and willing to work flexible hours to stay aligned with Lovepop’s US team.Strong understanding of new product development, design & manufacturing processes.Strong in solving problems and conflictsAbility to iterate and pivot quickly based on feedback and requirements of changes.Creative problem solving Ability to meet the assigned work deadlinesCommunicates professionally and clearly Additional Information Lovepop ValuesEngineering: Curiosity to discover how the world worksHunger: Desire to take on more than is expectedMagic: Delivering unexpected experiencesConnection: Building relationships with each other
