As a project manager at the Japanese subsidiary of Syntegon Technology, one of the world's largest manufacturers of packaging machines for filling and sterilization in medical and food manufacturing lines, you will be responsible for meeting customer expectations in terms of product technology, quality, and delivery time, while also achieving the project's profit goals.RESPONSIBILITIES: Pre-quotation review of project costs and delivery time (with design and sales departments) Confirmation of customer requirements (URS) and order contents and continuous follow-up (confirmation of scope of provision) Project schedule creation and coordination of required resources between departments Work with the technical department to monitor and confirm project costs, progress, and risks Act as an effective interface with internal stakeholders and suppliers Internal and external meetings as necessary (clarification of issues and communication to ensure project quality and completion) Participation in meetings related to the project Consistent involvement from machine manufacturing to delivery (visits to customers and suppliers) Act as a liaison for various negotiations with customers from after order is placed to delivery Report project progress to management資格Experience/Knowledge:Graduate from a technical college or university, or higher, with a background in engineeringProject management experience at a manufacturing company (made-to-order production), with technical experience (mechanical design, electrical design, concept design, technical consulting, pharmaceutical manufacturing/equipment maintenance, etc.)Skills:2D/3D CAD skillsExcellent interpersonal skills (meeting management, communication, conflict management)Scheduling, resource planning, report writing skillsComputer skills: Word, ExcelLanguage proficiency: Experience with both English & Japanese in business communications その他の情報[Work location]Syntegon Technology K.K., Tokyo Head Office: 5F Urban Center Shibuya East, 3-3-2 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo[Working hours]8:45-17:30 (break 12:15-13:00) 8 hours of regular work Flextime system, telecommuting system available[Salary]To be offered based on your experience and ability[Holidays]2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays, New Year's holidays, and summer holidays, 128 holidays per year in total[Benefits]Base salary revision once a year, Bonus twice a year (summer, winter), Performance bonus system (paid once a year, only when performance targets are met), full social insurance (health insurance, employee pension insurance, employment insurance, worker's accident compensation insurance), full transportation expenses paid, retirement benefits system (defined benefit pension system, defined contribution pension system), and welfare club[Training system]Self-development program support system, in-house open seminars, etc.
