Title: Program Manager – Philanthropic Platform Conversion
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Contract Duration: 14 Months
Pay Rate: $85/hour (W2)
Overview:
A large financial institution is replacing its workplace giving and volunteering platform and developing a Community Impact Data Mart, with phased go-lives through 2026 and 2027. This high-visibility, cross-functional program requires strong leadership and coordination across business, technology, and vendor teams.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead this enterprise-wide initiative. The ideal candidate brings experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, delivering communications and training plans, and ensuring successful implementation of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and execution of platform conversion and data mart build-out
• Manage stakeholder alignment, team coordination, and delivery across functions
• Drive clarity and execution in evolving and ambiguous project environments
• Oversee readiness planning, including teammate/client communications, training, and testing
• Provide clear, business-focused updates to project teams and senior leadership
• Draft documentation and project plans based on stakeholder input
Skills & Experience:
• 7+ years of experience as a project/program manager
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and scope with minimal direction
• Experience working with large or complex datasets
• Familiarity with philanthropic grant programs, charitable funds, CRA, or employee engagement initiatives
• Knowledge of system and user acceptance testing processes
• Excellent organizational, planning, and documentation skills
• PMP certification is a plus
