Job Role : Project Lead/ Manager Primary Skills : Technical Program Management (TPM) , Data Center Infrastructure, Healthcare IT Experience Secondary Skills : ITIL, PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall Methodologies , Data Analysis & Reporting Job Description : • The Data Center Technical Program Manager will focus on the management and optimization of critical Mechanical and Electrical infrastructure projects for data centers • This includes providing essential support to the Senior Technical Program Managers, helping to coordinate and complete initiatives related to existing M&E systems, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the long-term success of established data centers • Mandatory experience with IT infrastructure backgrounds around IDF/MDF experience (this could be in staging, install and or lift and shift) networking gear (cloud based cisco Meraki, switches, routers, Access Points, gateways etc). • Experience with healthcare vertical with circuit/hardware/network/Rack, ITIL and construction is essential • Support senior TPMs in the planning, execution, and monitoring of M&E product lifecycle programs data centers • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items to ensure timely follow-up • Collect, coordinate, and analyze data related to M&E product performance, operational metrics, and vendor information • Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated • Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects • Collaborate with the core team to develop solutions and manage the project team through implementation and completion • Present routine reports, including status reports and updated Gant charts • Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values • Assist in maintaining product specifications, technical documentation, and best practices for M&E systems in brownfield data centers • Work within broad guidelines and policies • Assist with vendor correspondence, scheduling, and tracking of deliverables related to brownfield M&E product orders and services Mandatory Skills: Project Management .
