Project Finance Lead
A company is looking for a Project Finance Lead to oversee financial performance and provide business advisory within the Project Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead and develop a team of Project Financial Analysts, ensuring month-end close processes are accurate and timely
ā¢ Manage project financial health, collaborating with project managers to identify risks and improve outcomes
ā¢ Conduct monthly financial reviews, delivering insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with 7+ years of relevant experience, including team leadership
ā¢ Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and project-based accounting
ā¢ Experience in Middle East markets and familiarity with statutory audit requirements
ā¢ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and large ERP systems, with a focus on process improvement
ā¢ Ability to navigate complex environments and communicate effectively across cultures and regions
