This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in establishing and building the Gridlines team.The role will involve establishing and leading in the growth of the Gridlines business.RequirementsOperations:Lead in the growth and development of the project finance team.Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments.Provide strategic guidance and insight into the structuring of transactions.Review and interpret commerdcial documentation and ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial model.Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modeling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.Lead in the planning of resources across the team.People:Develop and inspire a market-leading team.Instill a collaborative, high-performing culture.Growth:Lead in the growth of the project finance practice.Lead in the business development and growth ambitions of a key sector of the business.Lead in the development of client pitches.Key Skills and QualificationsWe hire exceptional individuals who can demonstrate our core values of Drive, Innovation, Collaboration and Excellence. Entrepreneurial flair and a drive to create something exceptional.A respected leader within the project finance sector.Sector leading expertise in Project Finance.[10+] years of relevent experience in a financial advisory / financial modelling role within a recognized advisory practice.
