Project Coordinator (US Property Consulting, WFH)

Salary: P35,000 – P45,000 monthly package Schedule : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time What are we looking for? Skills Required: At least 3+ years of experience on a similar role Proficiency in project management tools like DASH and Quire. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Excellent written and verbal communication skills What will you do? Set up new projects in the database Review and interpret contracts for project accuracy. Ensure data entry is precise and consistent. Notify regional offices and relevant department staff of all new projects. Create and maintain project folders, including saving contracts and related job materials. Collaborate with PMs, and SAs to resolve coordination issues and address project concerns. Handle special client requests, project coordination queries, and address project requirements. Follow up on all aspects of project coordination. Assist with portfolio setup, including data entry, folder creation, and historical ordering when necessary.
