This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while collaborating with a distributed team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of projects by providing administrative and operational support to Project Managers.You will work closely with stakeholders across all levels of the organization—from executive leadership to junior team members—requiring confidence, professionalism, and the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in project management while gaining hands-on experience in a structured PMO environment. Candidates must bring proven experience working within a corporate PMO setting.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide core project administration support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action itemsActively participate in project meetings, contributing updates and ensuring follow-ups are clearly capturedSupport Project Managers in delivering project activities, including discovery work, documentation drafting, change management, and communication planningMaintain and organize project documentation, including plans, status reports, and shared filesUpdate trackers, logs, and reports under the guidance of Project ManagersMonitor project timelines and proactively follow up with team members on assigned tasksAssist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and reports using PMO templatesCoordinate communication across project teams and escalate issues when appropriateEnsure proper document management, including version control and up-to-date recordsSupport PMO tools, templates, and processes, helping maintain consistency and qualityContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMOSkills & ExperienceDemonstrated experience working within a corporate PMO environment (essential)Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the businessExcellent written, verbal, and virtual communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and accuracyCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in team environmentsProactive approach to learning and problem-solvingComfortable using Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)Ability to follow processes, take feedback constructively, and seek clarification when neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or a Project Management certification (preferred)ExperienceMinimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar support roleFamiliarity with project management concepts, tools, and methodologiesExperience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or a related industry is an advantage#LI-LH1We celebrate our differences and strive to create a workplace where each person can be their authentic self.
