Responsibilities
• Assist executives with administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
• Coordinate and support project initiatives from inception to completion.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Maintain project documentation and reports to track progress and outcomes.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of company-wide events and initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; specialization in Project Management or Administration is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or executive support roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Must have an active savings/checkings banking account
