Project-Based Healthcare Customer Care Coordinator - Prescription Benefits Specialist
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Customer Care Coordinator to join our team on a project basis. As a Prescription Benefits Specialist, you'll play a critical role in addressing US-based customers' prescription benefits questions and concerns regarding their claims, deductibles, coverage, and more. Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls from US customers, addressing questions and concerns about their prescription healthcare benefits.
Provide detailed information about insurance coverage, benefit plans, copays, and coverage determination.
Handle prescription refills, order status updates, and tracking.
Educate customers on online self-service tools and troubleshoot issues.
Empathize with customers, resolving concerns to simplify their healthcare experience.
Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
Adapt to changing business needs, learning new call types and flexing support as required.


Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
At least 6 months of customer service experience.
Customer-focused personality with a desire to help others.
Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette.
Full-time schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
Willingness to submit a drug test and background check.


Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in healthcare or insurance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Work Environment and Requirements
As a remote worker, you'll need:

A dedicated, quiet, and secured workspace with no distractions.
A hard-wired internet connection via ethernet cable to modem/router ( Continuum will provide company equipment).
A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone.
High-speed internet with at least 10 mbps download speed (no satellite, Wi-Fi, or cellular/wireless carrier hotspot or internet services).
