What You Will Do:
• In this role as a Project Coordinator Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for:
• Utilizing Jira and Confluence support project teams with loading data, formatting templates, and creating job aides
• Supporting project management and consultants by reviewing deliverables due and following up on financial updates
• Working with consultants as needed on updating utilization to be able to report on financials timely.
What You Will Need:
• Bachelors degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of experience in a project coordinating role, preferably within ERPs; OR a Masters degree with a MINIMUM of ONE (1) years of experience in a project coordinating role, preferably within ERPs. Years of experience can be substituted for a degree, such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of SEVEN (7) years of experience in a project coordinating role, preferably within ERPs
• Current holder of a Workday certification(s)
• Master level accounting skills
• Strong attention to detail and strong Excel skills
• Ability to create job aides and manage getting updates on deliverables
• Jira and Confluence experience.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
• Jira administration experience
The annual salary range for this position is $92,000.00-$153,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
