Project Administrator - SAP/ERP Rollout
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to support our client's leadership team in a large-scale global SAP rollout!
ā¢ Location: Conshohoken, PA (Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite) OR REMOTE
ā¢ Contract: 18 months plus extension!
ā¢ W2 contracts only, we cannot accept C2C or 1099 at this time.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing resource hours, tracking resource costs, monitoring and reporting project resources burn-out progress and preparing management reports to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Science or Project Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
ā¢ 10+ years of experience in project administration or coordination
ā¢ Large-scale IT or SAP projects
ā¢ Project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and advanced Excel skills.
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with global teams.
ā¢ Familiarity with SAP systems or large-scale ERP rollouts is a plus.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Track and manage resource hours across multiple teams, including internal and external teams and geographies to ensure accurate reporting and allocation.
ā¢ Monitor and manage resource costs, ensuring alignment with project budgets and financial goals.
ā¢ Prepare and deliver regular management reports, including project status updates, resource utilization, and cost analysis.
ā¢ Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards and processes.
ā¢ Identify and escalate potential risks or issues related to resource management and costs.
ā¢ Assist Project Management team to approve timesheets, track training using time tracking tool, Clarity, mandatory background check etc.
ā¢ Sharepoint operations for document repository
ā¢ Maintaining documentation for applicable Pharma & Life Sciences compliance and audit (internal & external) activities (ISO, SoX, GxP)
ā¢ Maintaining business continuity activities (BCP) and implement process for the project
