Job Title: Programmer/Developer (.NET Developer) Location: 100% Remote Job Type: Only for W2 and 1099 Estimated Duration: 01/05/2026 – 01/05/2027 (High possibility of extension as well) Job Overview Client is seeking an experienced Software Developer (.NET) with 5+ years of hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC frameworks, Entity Framework, and LINQ. This role involves designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining business applications while ensuring system stability and performance. Responsibilities • Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and QA teams to design, develop, test, and maintain Microsoft-based web applications. • Design, develop, and execute unit tests in accordance with established standards. • Debug and upgrade existing application programs. • Participate in peer code reviews and design discussions. • Develop, refine, and optimize application integrations. • Deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines and budgets. • Research, evaluate, and recommend software tools and technologies. • Support release packaging and deployment activities. • Assist with migration of legacy applications to modern Microsoft technologies. • Interact with end users to troubleshoot issues and perform fixes. • Assist in documenting requirements, user stories, estimates, and work plans. • Prepare reports, manuals, and documentation for software operation and maintenance. • Attend daily/weekly status meetings. • Identify opportunities for process and application improvements. Minimum Requirements • 5+ years of software development experience in business systems. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
