Applied Concepts, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Full Stack Applications & Developer Manager to oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of our core applications. This role will be pivotal in driving our technological advancements and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions.
In This Role, You Will
Β Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Β Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
Β Drive the architectural design and technical direction of our applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Β Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Β Implement and maintain robust development processes and standards, including code reviews, testing methodologies, and deployment strategies.
Β Collaborate with process managers, stakeholders, and other teams to define and prioritize development initiatives.
Β Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Β Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of our applications.
Β Provide technical guidance and support to the team, resolving complex technical challenges.
Β Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall technology roadmap.
We Are Looking For a Candidate With
Β Proven experience managing and leading full-stack development teams.
Β Strong expertise in full-stack development technologies (e.g., JavaScript frameworks; backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java; Multivalue QM databases).
